Abstract

|
|
Objectives: This paper investigates the origin, the progressive changes and the constructive principles of Jeoryoungchajeonjatang(
îÄ?ó³îñí÷·).
Methods: Jeoryoungchajeonja-tang and other related prescriptions were analyzed in terms of their pathological indications,based on previous literature including ????Sanghannon(ß¿ùÎÖå)????, ????Keumkuaeyoryak(ÑÑ?é©ÕÔ)????, ????Donguibogam(ÔÔì¢ÜÄÊü)????, ????Donguisusebowon¤ýSasangchobongwon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁꪤýÞÌßÚõ®ÜâÏé)????, ????Donguisusebowon¤ýGabogubon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁꪤýË£çíÏÁÜâ)????, ????Donguisusebowon¤ýSinchukbon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁꪤýãôõäÜâ)????
Results and Conclusions: 1) The origin of Jeoryoungchajeonja-tang is discovered in the prescriptions for Lee-su(ì¦â©), that is, Jeoryoung-tang(îÄ
?÷·).2) Ohryoung-san(çé?ߤ) introduced in ????Donguisusebowon¤ýSasangchobongwon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁꪤýÞÌßÚõ®ÜâÏé)????
progressively transformed into Shihosaryoung-san(ãÃû×ÞÌ?ߤ)(????Donguisusebowon¤ýGabogubon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁêª
¤ýË£çíÏÁÜâ)????) and ultimately into Jeoryoungchajeonja-tang(????Donguisusebowon¤ýSinchukbon(ÔÔì¢áøá¦ÜÁꪤý
ãôõäÜâ)????), a prescription appropriate for usage in the Mangeum symptomatology(ØÌëäñû).
3) The Jeoryoungchajeonja-tang is composed of 10 herbs. Of these, Notopterygium incisum Ting(˶üÀ), Aralia
cordata Thunb.(Ô¼üÀ), Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq.(ûªËÎ), Saposhnikovia divaricata Schischk.(ÛÁù¦) make the
Pyoeum(øúëä) drop, and Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.(ò±Ù½), Gypsum fibrosum(à´ÍÇ) scatter the uihwa(êÖûý),
and Poria cocos Wolf.(ÜÚ?), Alisma canaliculatum(÷ÊÞá), Polyporus umbellatus Fr.(îÄ?), Plantago asiatica
L.(ó³îñí) facilitate urination.
